Guarantee
All AERO Mosquito Traps are covered by a 5 year limited warranty. This includes the repair or replacement and ongoing support of your trap. The AERO guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, the legal rights and remedies that you will have, free of charge, against the person who sold you an AERO Mosquito Trap (which may or may not be AERO), which includes certain legal rights and remedies in connection with defective products and/or products not provided in accordance with your contract with that person.
What's coveredAERO Mosquito Traps are engineered for continual high performance. If an AERO Mosquito Trap is used in the way it's intended and it breaks down within the guarantee period, it's our responsibility to repair or replace it. Our technology is built to last. But if something goes wrong, we'll arrange to collect your machine from you free of charge. (sometimes we can charge fee for delivery service. Please contact us and speak to AERO expert in advance)
Doorstep repair
A mobile repair van comes to you on the day and repairs your product on-site
Pick up repair
A courier comes to you, takes away your device for repair and returns it once complete
All of our repairs use genuine AERO parts. If we can’t repair your machine, we’ll replace it for you.
There are, however, some circumstances in which an AERO guarantee doesn't cover the repair or replacement of a trap. These aren't hidden in the small print.
What's not covered- Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g. fuse, plastic, pipes etc.). Accidental damage
- Damage as a result of use not in accordance with the rating plate.
- Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended appliance maintenance.
- Removal of blockages. If your Trap becomes blocked, please refer to the AERO Operating Manual for details of how to unblock it. Damage from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages or power surges.
- Failures caused by circumstances outside of AERO’s control.
- Faults caused by: Negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation of the Trap;
- Use of the Mosquito Trap which is not in accordance with the AERO Operating Manual;
- Use of an AERO Mosquito Trap for anything other than normal domestic household purposes in the country in which it was purchased.
- Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of AERO.
- Use of parts and accessories which are not AERO Genuine Components. A full range of genuine AERO spares and accessories for all AERO Mosquito Traps are available at www.trapaero.com Faulty assembly or installation (except where carried out by AERO expert).
- Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than AERO or its authorised agents.
Returns
If your product is faulty and needs returning, call us or send a message
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel a Contract within the period set out in clause below. This means that during that period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund.
Your right to cancel the Contract starts from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, which is when the Contract between us is formed. If the Products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 10 days in which you may cancel, starting from the day you receive the Products.

If you exercise your right to cancel in accordance with these Terms, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for.
The AERO Mosquito Trap should be returned in Original Condition, with the original packaging, price tags, and accompanied with all tools, accessories, operational manual and any other material as delivered to the customer at the time of purchase.
You must return the Products in Original Condition with the original packaging, price tags and the return order label to us at your expense within 14 calendar days of your notice of cancellation, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting for your own records. Note that if you fail to package the goods adequately to avoid damage in transit or fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, on receipt of the goods in undamaged condition we will refund the full purchase price to the card or method you originally used for the purchase.
As a consumer, you will always have legal rights regarding cancellation in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by the AERO warranty.
Refunds shall be initiated only after the Products have been physically received, inspected and certified by the quality inspection team that the items are in original condition and meet the requirements Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
